Since opening our doors in 1982, Aquila Tours has been on an incredible journey involving a wide variety of aspects of the travel industry, both in Atlantic Canada and around the world.

Today, Aquila's area of excellence is delivering shore excursions to cruise lines when they anchor in the Bay of Fundy and call on Saint John, New Brunswick. At the encouragement of top executives at major cruise lines, Aquila established the Aquila Center for Cruise Excellence in 2007, offering workshops and customized training programs to Tour Operators, Ports and Destinations around the world. As the exclusive training partner of the FCCA (Florida Caribbean Cruise Association), Aquila has spent much time over the past ten years in the Caribbean and Central America, offering certifications and designations to Tour Guides and Tour Operators.

In Saint John, we provide our cruise line clients in our "Living Lab" with a wide array of fantastic excursions for cruise guests - highlighting the Bay of Fundy region's most popular sights and the off-the-beaten-path experiences that only locals can provide. A key to achieving excellence for Aquila has been our dynamic, cohesive team, and throughout our journey, Aquila has held fast to our vision.
